I got a text from Donald Driver the other day. No, we're not bff's. I just happen to get his texts off Facebook. Anyway, the text announced the Packer's upcoming visit to Washington. I replied, "Don't forget to remind President Obamaha that the Bear still suck". I never heard back from Driver but I'm sure he'll oblige me.

The crappy turf at Folgers Field still hasn't improved. As a matter of fact, I think it's gotten worse. The Bears Family Night Scrimmage was cancelled because they forgot to water it. How embarrassing is that?

Call me crazy, but I think they're making it worse on purpose. I've heard of secret plans to freeze the south endzone solid to slip up receivers and turn the turf at midfield into quicksand to slow down the running game. And you don't want to hear about the planned "No Man's Land".

I think in the whole preseason Williams has exactly TWO catches for the Bears. I think he also has two drops in the one Bears game I watched Good luck with that trade.
