I have spent a lot of time tonight on the Colts forums. I am shocked that several Colts fans can even talk since they spend all their time sucking Peyton Manning's nuts.

I love how many think he is this playoff God too.

You bring him back or put him on any team and you are instantly going to the Super Bowl!!!!! Right. Cause it's happened so many times before with some very talented Colts teams.

Look, Peyton is great. But, a great playoff QB he never was. Don't give me the team junk at times too. If we can praise a man for all his regular season success we can also put some blame on him for a losing playoff record as well.

Needless to say I cannot wait until this Peyton **** is over.

Peyton with the right team could be a contender, but it ain't happening over night. He'll have a new system to get used to, new players, new staff (not that he wouldn't have had that in Indy). It isn't a case "put him on the Seahags = instant dynasty!!!!!"

KC would be a "good fit" with the existing running game and receivers, Niners the same, but I don't see him walking in anywhere and having the rest of the league just lay down in awe.

I think had the Colts had more balance throughout his tenure, they may have had some more success in the post season, but at the same time, I wonder how much of that is directly on the shoulders of #18. He's a career control freak / perfectionist. He didn't want a 55% 45% pass / run team.

It's been fun to watch him for all these years, I'm excited about the future after Manning.

He will tell the OC what they will run, not the OC telling him what he will run
