First time in 78 games (5 years) packers are held without a touchdown in a game. Also first time in five years lions have a kept a team from scoring a touchdown in a game. Lions are roaring in '05! Are you packer fans ready for the bottom of the NFC north?

These things are telling me a change is coming. Lions are breaking bad streaks, lions are breaking packers good streaks. Lions have been on the bottom for a long time, hopefully when the lions rise to the top, the packers will spend as long as the bottom as we have. Can you handle that, or will you all be sporting silver and blue next year?

I have been trying to tell them that the shift of power is swinging the other way once again for the last 3 months.

And it's about time. In the NFC north the bears are the team I hate the least.

Joey Heatherton has won his last two season openers too. How has that worked out for you?

It's joey pink pants pal! And he actually made some pretty good decisions in the game. He didn't play great but he didn't lose the game for us either. By the way, the game would have been alot worse for you guys if hanson hadn't gotten hurt.

Keep gloating punk. Enjoy first place for the week cause it'll be gone next week.
Does it make you feel good to come into a Packer forum and talk smack? You feel better, loser? Get a life.

That always happens after a loss. Just like I'm sure other team sites get bombarded when the packers lose.

Maybe, maybe not, but you still didn't address the point. The Detroit Pussies were 2-0 last year at one point and 4-2 at another and they still finished with 6 wins. I'd leave the cork in the champagne for a little while longer (btw, you and I are not pals).

Let's just remember these Lions fans and see if they're still around come December when payback gets dealt on the Frozen Tundra! Don't think for a second that the Packers offense won't be clicking by then and we'll see what happens...my guess is that the refs won't allow all sorts of contact from Detroit and throw every flag possible when GB's defense is on the field, but hey, who knows right???

No I just can't type. That should have been something along the lines of whomever that packers beat, their forums see an influx of green and gold fans.

What do you know about 'POWER"? I mean you all have ALWAYS been "DA BARES" and you even have a song named for your hapless team... you know, "The Bares Still Suck"...

Yeah we played a bad game. But I am more confident that we'll be at least ahead of the "BARES" by seasons end. I mean, we HAVE our QB... That's right... for the last 226 games... How many QB's have the Bares used in the past 226 games? :eek:mg:

I'm sorry if I offended anyone, but I thought the smack areas were for other teams, especially rivals, to come in and talk smack. I have tried to keep the smack out of your packers forum out of respect, I don't want to be a troll. However I will pipe in there from time to time to offer my opinion on something packer related like carrol against the lions receivers. I have a life, I also have a respect/jealousy of the packers who have been making a fool out of us for years. Only 2 of the last ten games have the lions had anything to brag about after playing you guys. We have to get our smack in while we can.

Right. The Bears have never been a good team, won any division titles, played for or won any championships. They have done nothing for the last 85 years. I remember all of those great Packer teams in the 70s and 80s getting cheated out of their rightful place while the Bears were going to the playoffs. Funny how you only choose to remember what makes you feel good about yourself.

This is the way it is. A lot of Packer fans talking s**t about everyone else but can't take it even when it is posted in the smack area. You would be better off pissing in the Pope's hat than dare say anything less than praise for the Packers. They are after all, the only team in the whole f**king world you know. Your team wins and you are a punk. The Packers win and they are great fans. Your team is in first and you are just lucky. The Packers are in first and it is because they are great! They don't loose games, they get cheated and robbed and the other team was just lucky and blah blah blah....

Yet another in depth comment from PackerChick. Same old tired answer. Bears and Lions fans can compare Payton and Sanders to the parade of stiffs that the Packers have lined up at RB during the 70s, 80s and 90s. What will your answer be when Favre retires? Better think of something because this may be the last season. :stop:
