Iggles fans

Found this posted in the comments section following a story about how those wacky Iggles fans are toasting Reid's "guys" in the press:

"Man found dead along river
Along the bank of the Schuylkill River near Philadelphia. The dead man's name will not be released until his family had been notified. The victim apparently drowned due to excessive beer consumption while attending an Eagles game. He was wearing a Philadelphia Eagles T-Shirt, black fishnet stockings, 4 inch spiked heels, red garter belt, pink G-string, purple lipstick, dazzle dust on his eyelids, 1/2 inch false eyelashes, The coroners office was called and and the body was taken to the morgue where the Eagles T-shirt was removed to spare his family any unnecessary embarrassment."

There isn't a whole lot more fun than reading the Philly sports sections when the Iggles suck. The comments after the story illustrate what it sounds like in a Maternity Ward where they keep all the new-borne infants.

Speaking of which...I ate Italian tonight ... gotta go give birth to an Iggles fan. Bwahahahahaa

If I was an eagles fan, I would have hated to have had to sit next to that freak show.

Obviously, that story was a joke (I've seen variations of it for Bears fans) ... still, it was funny.

Yeah, in 2004 (?), saw two guys pushing around a woman in the 'concourse' (for lack of a better term) for wearing a Packers jacket in that stadium. Nothing extreme but they were loud, obnoxious and "in your face" about it. I'm assuming her male companions were Wisconsin farm boys because the obvious agitator went down with one sidewinder to the face. Takes a lot to p*ss a farm boy off but THAT would do it for me too. You know, it wasn't even funny watching that a-hole go down .. it was sad is what it was.
