I make a moderator thread and...Zero becomes moderator. Thats fair.

Just because the icon was not under my name stating 'moderator' does not mean I wasn't a moderator. Moderatinig privileges are coded, not defined by an image.

It's a tough world being a mod. Upsetting some is part of the unfortunate tasks of being a mod. You have to hope the majority of the members understand what you're doing is what is best for the site's long term even though it may not seem like it at the present time.

The things people don't know that are going on behind closed doors is why people should respect the staff's decision on locking or deleting a post instead of blasting them. Even I'm guilty of doing that wrong and I've been using discussion boards for eight years.

Main thing to realize as a mod tromadz is you can not please everyone and if you try, you will go crazybonkers. I've seen it happen many many times and its happened to yours truly.

I only care about pleasing Ryan (go ahead and take that any way you want. )

quick question to think about...can't you BOTH be mods?? with the trolls we seem to be attracting lately, i say the more the merrier. anyone else have thoughts??

Uhhhh, it's good the way it is. Trom is way to argumental to be a mod and would let way to much stuff slide, plus me and DePack would have to find a new board....LOL.

uhhh...i disagree, pyle. so do quite a few other posters. ultimately, this is ryan's decision - i'm glad i'm not him!! trom irks the he// outta me at times & zero tends to be like the little brother i didn't want - good & bad with both - just like every other human being!!

No worries. Moderators can't ban people unless given specific privilege to do so and I don't believe this software allows that. Although Ryan could have coded it in.
