    he has had his time to develop a solid foundation and be in position to challenge for the super bowl. he has done neither. we are a team regressing and holding onto the coat tails of bret and ahman. how awful would we be without them. he has lost almost every big game he has been in. he has not drafted with any guile. he has made many silly moves during the draft and rarely found a gem. in conclusion: he does not draft particularly well and has not developed an elite team. he was brought here to do both. he must be fired at the conclusion of this season.

    I'd agree to that.... Last year was Sherman's time to shine in a SuperBowl and he let Rossley yank it out from under him.
    I don't think it'll hit him til after he's relieved of duty...

    Mike Sherman is going nowhere. Get over it guys. The only reason he should be fired is his refusal to get rid of Slowik and to relieve Tom Rossley of his playcalling duties. If he doesn't do this, I'll agree he should be replaced.
