He seems to be making all the right moves in my opinion as far as taking care of the Packers players.

Kampman was expected to walk free, and seems that TT has ensured Williams and Jolly will be in a Packers uniform next year.

The remaining players seem safe for the moment, if not we will get good compensation for them, hopefully somebody gives us a second round pick for Colledge.

Clifton wants way too much money and a significant part of that guaranteed for 3 years.

Then only thing that is really bothering me is O-line, it seems to be looking worse and if I were a betting man, I think the possibility of Barbre starting next year just got better. We have no left tackle or right tackle, could not get a deal done with Tauscher. The left guard position has back and attitude problems (Colledge-attitude, Spitz back surgery). Lang is only one man and rookies through the draft are a long term fix.

The foundation for our offense is on shaky ground at best!!!

TT thought too much of the depth he had in the DL in 08. It costed him. He didn't make the same mistake in 09.

Other than that, he's doing a very good job. But GMs are measured by being consistant contenders, and winning championships. Unless he stabilishes the Packers as perennial SB contenders, or wins a tittle, he won't be doing a great job.

Harrell has been taking up oxygen since being drafted. If he does not stay healthy through camp and the preseason.......well........enough of that...........kick him to the curb.

The depth we have at OL is disturbing at best. Barber starting anywhere on our line is crazy.

Could happen, if Tauscher and Clifton do not sign and one injury late in camp, Barbre starting RT again. I see it and its not pretty, meanwhile our division is loading up on pass rushing specialists.

I mean damn, TT wake up!!!

TT has been pretty 50-50 throughout his entire tenure. For every dilemma he's had there's always a positive thing that he does to compensate. So it's not like he's a lopsided GM who is all bad or all good.

Harrell earns less money than Barbre...

He has very little guaranteed money. It's all on incentives.

He may've been a bad pick, but boy, his contract was perfectly made.

There's absolutely no reason to release him...
