How do I ask a question from a locked thread?

    One of the mods created and locked a thread explaining something to us.
    However, something still isn't clear to me.
    Can I copy and re-post what the mod wrote and start a thread with my question here without getting into any trouble?
    Or should I just pm that mod for clarification?

    I will unlock it...I assume you mean the one on duplicate, search and correct section areas?
