They've turned the ball over 7 times vs Baltimore!

They surely picked up where they left off, hmmm let's see

    Playoffs last year
    Turnovers vs Ravens - 2
    Turnovers vs Jets - 2
    Turnovers vs Packers - 3

    Opening day
    Turnovers vs Ravens - 7

They always follow a good year with a bad, not surprised on their start to a 6-10 season.

OMG. They looked like a Pop Warner team. You'd never guess they were good enough to be in the SB last year.

Against the Ravens too, a big rivalry. That's the funniest part about it. Big Ben needs to play like that all year so I don't have to hear about them everyday anymore during the season.

And the two darlings i.e. Falcons got their asses handed to them and Chargers are at this point. I'm not happy that Bears and Vikes may win but I was so sick of this Falcon and Charger hype.

I agree with you on the hype thing but I just can't bring myself to be happy about a victory for either the Bores or Queens.

Everyone just LOVES the Chargers and I ask them why. They do the same thing every year. They were ranked #1 in both offense and defense last year and could not even win 10 games. Norv Turner is a loser, and a bad example of a head coach that shows up during the season and blows it in the playoffs. In 2009 they were 13-3, had many blow outs and looked so good, and they let a crappy 9-7 Jets team stomp them down.

And no as I stated I'm not happy about either the Bears or Viqueens winning. My problem is how do the Chargers or Falcons get mentioned as equal to or better than us. They haven't done squat. Media darlings. Give us some love. I don't believe we are getting enough consideration as Super Bowl Champs.

And regarding the Steelers, I told a Steeler fan recently they would have a hard time getting past the Ravens. So far I'm right.

    Hype Hype Hype

The Chargers will never make it to a Super Bowl with Norv Turner.

Atlanta will never make it past the divisional round playoffs.

Rivers is just bizzaro. I haven't seen him win on the big stage and neither has Ryan. There's something lacking with both of them.

Man, I loved loved loved watching a team I love to hate getting a good beat down like that.
(And how about that faked extra point for an extra two points?)
These guys were in the Super Bowl?
    Oh yeah, they lost.
They played like the losers and our team played like the winners this week.

    Go Pack Go!!

Is Cam Newton looking scary though or what? I'm not taking next week's game as lightly now.

I wouldn't be concerned. Although Cam Newton threw for 2 touchdowns and 422 yards, he played against an atrocious DRC-less Arizona secondary, and he targeted Steve Smith for most of the game. I'm not underestimating him, but I wouldn't call him the greatest QB ever because he faced a crappy D.

Cam Newton was also playing one of the worst defenses in the last 3 years.

Even in 2009 the Cardinals defense really sucked, proven fact when they let Rodgers throw 400 on them in the playoffs, and then Brees hitting 300 the week later.

    Last year, same story.

This year will be the same story.

I know its not right to delight in the misfortunes of others, but I don't think that applies in football. After all the trolls came in here and talked all their trash last year before the Super Bowl it does my heart good to relish in a TROUNCING of last year's AFC "Champions."

SB hangover. I don't expect them to play like that all year.

Exactly why I can't stand the Stealers.
The fans who came in here to try and take over this board and refused to even think for one second that it's the Pack, not the Stealers, who lead with NFL championship wins is why I loathe the Stealers and love watching them lose.
(Also because of what the Stealers QB may have done with young women but that's for another time and thread. Don't wanna open up a can of worms here.)

Moving this to the smack area.

And, let's just leave it with I'm not sad the Steelers lost. Not one bit.
