    I still believe the world should invoke a baby license, and at the very least both parents HAVE to pass a parenting test before they can reproduce. In the case of Jay Cutler, someone needs to just cut his penis off, just to be sure

    I was watching replays of the Bears/ Packers Championship game recently, and I think The Claymaker might have taken care of this for us already. I think he hit Cutler so hard that he knocked his dick off...( he MUST have because Jay sure played like it ).
