That is just a lame excuse.

We had six drops the other and it doesn't matter, Dallas Cowboys beat us.

I guess that Clay Matthews figures that since he has long hair that he has the right to whine like a woman. His crybaby antics are pathetic. He needs to just admit that the better team won and that Eli Manning is the better QB.

Keep up with the lame excuses. There is only one ARod and he plays baseball for NY Yankees.

Eli Manning is The Best QB in NFC and is head and shoulders above Aaron Rodgers. Already established and proven.

Fiigured you would throw your arms up and cry "if you dropped 7 passes" wah wah. You and Clay Matthews are just two wretched whining women that are going to continue to whine.

No, but you will find him doing this to kick off the season:

    Oh, and speaking of crybabies:

I also found this little "gem," and this one's coming from one of your own:
    https://twitter.com/StevePoliti/statuses/243559399166189568
    Twitter / StevePoliti:
Giants LB Mathias Kiwanuka: "I haven't been held this much since I was a baby."

LMAO, 13 penalties against the Cowboys, vs. only 4 against the G-Men, including 4 STRAIGHT penalties on Dallas on the last drive, nearly taking them out of field goal range, and Kiwi has the balls to gripe about being held (BTW, I saw Ware getting blatantly held all game and no flag)! Oh, and another thing: DeMarco Murray pretty much ran all over your d-line, I wouldn't bet against Doug Martin doing the same thing to you guys next week after Big D exposed your weakness to the world (Greg Schiano's probably watching film from that game as I type this).

Whatever. Enjoy the rank of "First ever SB champs to lose the home opener," "champs".

Well I have to agree with the earlier poster because Dallas Cowboys dominated us and the score is not indicative of how lopsided that game was.

Both teams were holding all game. The referrees let a lot go and let them play football, I have no problem with that. Kiwi was just letting iff steam and even did so light heartedly. Nothing to be compared with that coward Clay Matthews still making crybaby excuses months after we owned you and put you in your place.

David Wilson crying because he let his team down is much different than the crybaby antics of the coward Clay Matthews and the other maggots. David Wilson letting his emotion out is a great thing.

We lost our 1st game last season too. Please enjoy being the only team in history of NFL to go 15-1 and then get ousted in 1st round of playoffs. The score should have been 44-6 but referrees helped you. It was beautiful to dismantle you in front if your home crowd and if you make the playoffs this year we will dismantle and put you in your place again.

Welcome to the era of Eli Manning and NY Giants.

    I bELIeve.

Not to mention, who had more touchdowns? Who had fewer interceptions? Who had a higher QB rating last year? Exactly. So that kinda picks his whole "argument" apart.

I'll give Eli his due since he led the NYGs to last yrs SB title BUT he isn't the best QB in the NFL as that belongs to Rodgers. Even ESPN says that

I agree, BSPN goes with whos popular/ trending and gives them the viewer ear. EM did get it done in 2 of the last 5 years against better teams IMO, so it is what it is.

The video with the crying fan is a dumb video and one that can probably be found in regard to every team in NFL.

Green Bay Packers were without a doubt the best team during the regular season last year. Giving the starters a break on the last game of the year was not a good choice and could have slowed down their momentum. I think the bigger reason they showed up unfocused and without their A game in playoffs was because of the distraction of the death of the son of one of your coaches so close to the game. No doubt that this effe ted you guys and no way to dispute that.

NY Giants knew you guys weren't going to be as focused as you should be and we did what we should do in that situation, we jumped all over you, got physical and didn't give you any time to regroup. Why shouldn't we have done that? In week 13, we were missing players because we were riddled with injuries, we were in dissarray and you guys knew that and jumped all over us. Yoy exploited it well particularly on the game winning drive when Arod abused our secondary.

I am very proud that we beat you in playoffs at Lambeau Field. That is a great accomplishment and I am not going to deracinate that a accomplishment by beating my chest like some other NY Giants fans and say you were at your best because you weren't. I do think that we would would have beaten you if you were focuaed and brought your A game that day. Lets just hope that if our teams are fortunate enough to make playoffs this season and we meet that we are both focused and both bring our A game.

Arod put togerher one of the greatest seasons by a QB in the history of the NFL. He deserved to be names as NFL MVP as well as being voted number one in the league by the other players. He looked like a man on a mission to repeat as Super Bowl Champion. Unlike Drew Brees, Aaron didn't try to pad his stats at every opportunity and didn't most of his games in a dome. There is no doubt that there wasn't a better QB in NFL for the first 15 games of last season.

Eli Manning put together a great season and threw for the sixth highest total of any QB in the history of the NFL. Eli helda very damaged team together and he develooed our recievers and pushed them to be their best. He carried us and kept us in it till we gor healthy around week 15 and were ready to stake a claim. Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady and Drew Brees had better regular seasons than Eli Manning but for the last two weeks of regular season and the four games in post season, Eli was the best. He threw for more yards in post season than any other QB in the history of the NFL. His performance was one of the greatest by a QB ever in a Super Bowl. His tactical brilliance in Super Bowl 46 kept the ball in the hands of NY Giants offense and Tom Brady on the sidelines for 38 minutes.

Eli will more than likely never have the same stats as Arod during the regular season. Eli will probably never win a NFL MVP. When all is said and done, Eli will probably have some post season records and if he continues on the path he is on, he may wind up as one od the greatest clutch QBs of all time. Aaron Rodgers will continue to have success and just like Eli Manning, his team will strongly depend on him and will not be able to even approach the level of success they enjoy without him. Eli is one of the top QBs in the MFL and is my all time favorite player. I wouldn't want anyone else as the QB of NY Giants.

Clay Matthews is just frustrated and he may want to just let it go move forward because although Green Bay Packers and NY Giants will probably meet in playoffs again, I wouldn't consider it a rivalry.

We need to be more consistent on defense this season and as Eli stated "9-7 is not going to be good enough this year and we need to do a lot better." Our offensive line is horrible as is our run game. Both need to improve if we are to be successfull this year. It is clear that you guys need to have a better defense this year.

Good luck to you on your season except of course when you face us.

Good post(s) BigBlue -- funny thing though, what happened last year happened last year. No sense in skating on last year's ice since this year after one game each, it's kinda looking like both teams are sucking. However, I think we both know that it's not going to be this way for much longer.

Weeds, both are teapms got beat up two hungry teams that made improvements where they needed to this post season.

I am worried about NY Giants offensive line. They looked awful as did our secondary. If we dont improve tjoae aspects we are going o have a long year.

I think you guys will make the adjustments on defense but the problem is in regard to both our teams, we do not have the luxury of time. Every team playing the 15-1 Packers as well as SuperBowl Champion NY Giants are circling the dates on their calenders. Those teams want to build up some momentum by beating us up for last seasons success.
