Help a fellow Pack fan out?

I was asked this on another forum from out of state, can anybody help out or know anything about this? TIA.

"Hammer do you know anything about America’s Pack fan club? We attended one of their tailgates a few years ago in Tampa. They would have a former player there to meet. We looked all over the net and can only find fan clubs who are members but can’t find a link to America’s Pack.
We are going to the Raiders game next month and were wondering if they would be having a tailgate and player meet.
I have left a voice mail with the Packers but have not heard back yet. Thanks"
