    or a cold Schlitz.

Without use of the internet,or leaving the keyboard.. ( yea, it is in a book somewhere...)

Who was the ONLY Packer on the 35 man roster not to play in the first Superbowl?

Lets see who knows Packer trivia...if you know, answer and post another trivia question. Let's see how far this goes!

Nice job! Yes it was the Golden Boy. Hornung re - injured himself in week 8 against the Vikings, ( another reason to hate those clowns from the north) and never played another down. In the 4th quarter, when the game was well in hand, Lombardi started emptying his bench. He walked over to Hornung and asked him if he wanted to go in for a play or two.

    " No coach, it's over...."

    ...and it was.

The Saint's picked him up in the 1968 expansion draft, and Hornung retired shortly after saying " I had 10 wonderful years..."

So good job Green_Bay_Packers, where do I send the Schlitz?

Ok, here is an easy one, just to keep this going.

What Packer numbers are retired, and who owned them?

Again, once you know the answer, post another trivia question....

Yes! Tom Landry...with Lombardi running the offense, and Landry running the defense, it's a wonder how the Giant's ever lost a game...Jim Lee Howell, the head coach, said all he did was "blow up the footballs."

Lombardi and Landry did not really like each other...

Ok...Who was the 1st round draft choice from Penn State, drafted in 1980 who REFUSED to play for Green Bay, and went to Canada to play football up there....Can you believe that? Green Bay's 1st rounder!!

DE Dave Clark, cheated on that one, but, still learned something.

Who was the Packers first ever draft pick?
Hint: He's in the Packers Hall of Fame.
