If Burnt Fail bent over there would be enough from the BF msg board making lines long enough to reach the moon to kiss his ***.

OK, just found and read through the posts on the BF board. WOW some of those guys are way out there! Seems as if every piece of bad news is something planted by someone in the Packers organization! I'm almost surprised they didn't try and make Percy's collapse on the field today out to be Ted Thompson's fault.

Dude, I already stated GB as a city/state wasn't what I was referring to, but rather GB as a team since it's WI only NFL team. Now to the animal thing, I was just too lazy to look up the specifics, but only remembered that humans were mammals. Animal/Human Science was never one of my strong points, maybe that's why I got into Law Enforcement/Criminal Justice? :happy0005:

I can't help them all. Funny thing, there is a Packer fan over on a Vikings board claiming Harvins faking it all just to get out of practice. He even went so far to put up a list of all of Harvins episodes to prove his point. Now on to the thread subject.

    1. We all knew Brett was coming back, just a matter of when, it should not surprise anyone.

    2. Last year, two days after Brett joined the Vikings it was a "schism" in the locker room, this year Chilly has lost them, two days after Brett is back. I wonder if its the same "unnamed" players from last year talking? Funny how its out two days after but nothing about it before Brett comes back. Coincidence? Maybe, maybe not.

    3. Percy suffers from migraines that can be very painful. Anyone who has every had one knows what they can do. If you haven't had one, hope you never do.

Contrary to what alot on these boards may or may not think ... judging by historical statistics, the Vikings aren't that desperate ...

Anyway ... - Less than 3 weeks to go and this new season will be well on its way ..., unfortunately and much to my dismay I won't have as much time to watch as I would like ... !!!

Anyone care to start up a predictions thread ?

Well to be fair the insanity on Bretts part didnt start until more recent years. I can promise you if he was doing this since 95 we would have traded him long ago.

I understand not wanting to go to training camp, but its something the best do to set an example. Dont remember Jerry Rice saying he was above training camp. Peyton Manning would never pull this ****. Ray Lewis? Not a chance. Even Michael Irvin was a punk off the field but always set the bar in training camp.

I dunno who your referring to.

But whatever you mods do, I hope you don't ban MNVIKES4eva. He's this season's replacement for Hauschild.
Dude's arguments are way too easy to pick apart and he is just too much fun to have around!
There should be a new rule around here: Every year we get a Hauschild like poster. LOL

I think we need a Hauschild award at the end of the season for the dumbest most irrational viking's fan on the boards. The guy you just love to hate.

I notice haus posts over at profootbaltalk now.

You're right, except for one major difference- Hauschild can articulate a sentence and doesn't often come off as rambling. Still whiny to be sure, but he's reasonably intelligent doing it. This guy, not so much.

BTW, you can often find Hauschild's Favre slobbering over at PFT. Just look for any Favre related post and you'll usually find him there, still trying to convince people he's a "Packer" fan.

    And your right as well.
    There are differences.

I'm thinking that maybe a it can be a tradition for a crazed Minny fan to come on here once a year and to praise their star player, whoever it might be.

It's gotta be something that won't make the Packers fans jealous.

Does that mean if I am the only one left at the end of the year I get it? That would suck!

You should do your homework before you post nonsense. Starr won TWO Super Bowls and TWO Super Bowl MVPs to #4's one ring and no MVP. I'm glad you are tickled pink to have Grandpa back. He'll break your hearts again just like he did to us for years. Favre's screw-ups in big games is one of the reasons why we are glad he is YOUR starting QB and not ours.

Not really. You have maybe one year with Grandpa - if he survives the pounding he's gonna get from every team on your schedule this season - and we'll be set for years with one of the top QBs in the league.

You're rich. Didn't you say earlier we shouldn't look back on our history? Yeah, Rodgers didn't deliver last year but like you said, but Grandpa hasn't delivered since 1998 so he certainly does have a history of choking big time in big games. Brett threw a pass in New Orleans that little kids in Pew Wee ball are told not to throw. He threw a horrid pass in GB against the Giants. He threw 6 INTs in one playoff game against the Rams a few years ago. He lost more games to the Cowpies than I care to recall. BTW, I seriously doubt we would have won that Super Bowl without Reggie White and he should have won the MVP that day and not Desmond Howard. We fans give Rodgers a pass cuz it was his FIRST AND ONLY playoff game. A veteran QB of 20 seasons like #4 shouldn't still be messing up like he does.

    You forgot 3 time MVP

how many times has Peyton lost a chance at the Sb because of an int on final drive?

Only twice so far and last year, so three times. Now he has had a couple of really bad playoff games and his rating for all his playoff games is only 87.6.
