I don't think he was expecting to come back so he stopped his off season juicing and that's why he's looked old and slow against the Saints.

I'm just kidding, there is no proof he's a juicer that I know of, so take what I said with a grain of salt. But, if it does come out he was using PEDs, it wouldn't surprise me.
