I ate alligator once in Florida. NOT recommended. It tasted like real grisly pork chops. :puke:

At least mine was an inadvertant spit swap...not like your typical Saturday night at the "Glory Hole Bar", DePack...where it is voluntary!

4packgirl....don't distract me with your "skills". I have work to do today...and I have to stand before a group for a presentation. Don't make me feel like that awkward 7th grader who has to go before the class in a rather obvious state!!

    You saucy wench!!!

I tried gator also. I'm not much of a game eater but it was alright. Of course it was deep fried nuggets. Kinda tasted like chicken nuggets.

Once in the Phillipine I ate Balut. It took vast quantities of San Miguel beer prior trying it.

Balut is an aborted duck fetus. As opposed to, say, eating an ordinary chicken egg with yolk and all, the balut is already fertilized and ready to go, as it were, with an actual, healthy, living duck embryo (incubated up to 18 days in a hatchery). And this where, of course, the balut gets its notoriety: the duck really looks like a duck, eyes, pink little limbs, gray feathers, useless beak and all.

    Answers to frequently asked questions:
    1. Yes, you can feel the feathers on your tongue.
    2. No, the duck's eyes are closed.
    3. Of course it's dead.

Of course you guys would probably want it with cheese

    Let me 'splain it 4packgirl.
    Guy code of conduct.
When there are a group of guys, in their early 20's, consuming copious amounts of beer, stuff happens. Challenges are made, and accepted.
And they are accepted with pride and honor. (Alcohol induced).

Actually, as to eating it, once you got past the smell, you had it licked! :D
    :feedback:

But that was many years ago, and I have mellowed somewhat. Now that I am "chronologically challenged", I am not quite as adventurous.
