Since you were so sure, you must have made a lot of money betting. Or weren't you so sure, seeing that the Bears had pounded them 4 weeks earlier. That's the great thing about the NFL - anything can happen.

Wow.......did you think that up all by yourself? Or did your Mommy help you? Did you take a writting class to put together such BIG words? I couldn't help but notice that you used a TWO syllable word (Packers) ALL by yourself!!!
Now.......why don't you go and watch the Bears Super Bowl game (you know........the one in 1985, before you were born? The one where the VHS tape is all worn out?) Then, when the Bears win there NEXT Super Bowl, come back and tell us ALL about it!!! (That will keep him away for the next 25 years or so!)

Just like the Packers have done 2 outta 3 of their last play-off appearances. Truth hurts.

Wasn't it almost a thirty year timespan for the Packers to win another SB. It's only been 20 years since the Bears won it. I know 21 years is a long time but for those that can count ,30 years is longer, so technically the Bears still have 8-9 years to do it in the same amount of time time as it took the Packers before pointing fingers, I know the Packers have 12 championships and the Bears have 9 but The Bears own the head to head record and none of the Packers championships were against the Bears. :D 1996 was also a long time ago and it looks like the Packers will probably not be contenders for a few more seasons while the Bears are already at that point. I'm sure the VHS tape from 1996 is probably worn out as well and I know none of you watch the one fron 1997(Thank you Elway).

Yes, Thank you Panthers for exposing my beloved Bears so they don't choke in a bigger game like the SB, They weren't ready for another Superbowl just yet, they need a few more pieces to ensure a win. It hurts a lot less to lose in the playoffs than it does to lose a SB. 1997 must've hurt a lot. Elway>Favre.

First.....it's true........it was 30 years between Packer Super Bowl wins. Lets see, how many years between Super Bowl wins for "Da Bears???" 1985 and..........uh.......hmmm.......only ONE, hey? In the 40 year history of Super Bowls, the Packers have been in FOUR, losing once. The Bears have been in........ONE. You can say "It's ONLY (only......get that?) been 20 years since the Bears won, they have 10 more years to do it faster then the Packers did." Thats taking ALOT for granted......like for example, that the Bears will EVER make it to the SB again! The Packers DID it, didn't just DREAM about it. And.....it's FACT that the mighty Bronco's cheated to win that SB. I'm not making it up. They were fined last year i believe a million dollars for cheating on the salary cap during their SB winning years. Had they not cheated, maybe they wouldn't have had Elway AND Davis. Maybe they never would have MADE it to the SB.
So you can go on dreaming of another SB trophy.........me, i can drive up to Green Bay to SEE OUR three.

Are you actually bringing up the Broncos cheating on the salary cap 10-15 years ago as an excuse for the Packers losing???
That is the weakest thing that I have ever heard.

BTW - what is your source for this? I found this link that says they are NOT guilty of salary cap violations.

That Super Bowl? Yes. Cause the truth didn't come OUT till LAST year. I would have complained back then, had it not been COVERED UP to gift wrap poor Elway his trophy. It's a shame that all the other teams in the league played within the rules, hey? Even the BEARS didn't CHEAT on the one SB they won. They did it fair and square. How do you think you would feel if YOUR team lost because the other team cheated, and you didn't find out till 9 years later? I think you'd be a little mad. If you are honest about it. To say thats weak is not being truthful. I KNOW you'd feel cheated if it happened to YOUR team.

I don't think that if someone told me in 1986 that the team that beat the Bears in the Playoffs cheated, that I would even think twice about it. Maybe if they had made it to the SB that year it would be different, but I don't think so. That is ancient history.

Besides, you should thank the Broncos. You get so see your Packers on TV everytime they show Elway being helicoptered around in the air enroute to getting a first down. Just think if Favre would be doing that in his career twilight instead of not even trying to get first downs by running. I think that he did that 2 or 3 times last year. But I digress...

Yes......lets see......HOW many GREAT QB's have the Bears had in the last 15 years? Let me think......hmm.....can't think of even ONE! I know they have HAD like 15.......but not ONE good one........OH! CADE McNown!

Just think, with the future HOF qb, the packers won 1 sb. That is not that impressive. They have had some good receivers, running backs, and outstanding O Lines. One superbowl.

The pack could be in for the same line of qb's that the bears have been in. WHo knows what is in store for Mr. Rogers nieghborhood?

I bet if you actually looked at Favres record and stats in the Playoffs, they would look average, or below.

Nope.....no one can tell the future. Not even you. Will your Bears ever make it to the big game again? Who knows......will the Packers? Who knows? We both don't truely know. However.....ONE Super Bowl win by Favre is STILL more then the Bears have had during the last 20 years, right? So you can rip on him all you want, he STILL has as many SB wins as the ENTIRE BEARS teams have over the 40 SB seasons.
