Yeah - congrats to Italy! (Though I wish they would play the attacking football they are capable of, instead of lapsing back into the negative, defensive stuff. They were the better side at half-time, then went back into their shell.)

Our friend Bavpb can be particularly proud both of the German team and of the welcome and organisation of a superb tournament! :D

So now on to qualifying for Euro 2008!!

When are we going to get that England v Germany final?? :cross:

    Hey Chris,

at least your qualification should be successful, even if Pitbull Rooney has to sit out the first two matches (Andorra and F.Y.R. Macedonia).

    take a look

Imo the hardest group is group B (Italy, France (nice to meet you again  ), Scotland, Ukraine), followed by groups A (Poland, Portugal, Belgium, Serbia-Mont.) and F (Denmark, Spain, Sweden). Rather easy schedule for the Oranjes, huh?

As for the worldcup 2006: I woke up this morning and thought: "What shall I do today? No games, no no public viewing, no goooooooaaaaaaalll, no car-corso!!  Four weeks of party are over.

Okay, lets take a deep breath, hope for the return of Klinsi as our coach and then wait for September 2 to start the qualification-round for EURO 2008. (Life can be so easy for fans of sports.  8) )

Thanks again to all of the world for being our guests and for helping us to celebrate this great 4-week-party!!

    Wow! Thanks for that, Ryan!

Rooney is quite a player, when he is fit and stays on the field!

    Hey Bavpb!!

    Ruud for Bayern?!? :towel:
