EDS as a Long Snapper

I just checked our ST depth chart for the first time and found EDS listed as our back-up LS... Interesting...

Every team has a backup long snapper just like they have an emergency QB that is likely a receiver. Most centers can long snap reasonably well if needed. I was an ace long snapper without pads but sucked when my stubby arms were restricted by the pads. It's not the hardest job to do in spot situations but does require a special set of hands to do relatively flawlessly on a consistent basis.
