Don't u hate when u get phone calls about stuff ur not interested in buying but they continue to call. I'm nice the first time. 2nd or 3rd I raise my voice give'm heck & hang up on them

I'm rarely nice to them anymore. I did not call them, they intruded into MY life. I am not mean or nasty, I just hang up, even sooner if they block the caller ID. I found I can't let it go to voice mail or I have to listen to it all to get to the delete option. Pick up and set down works.

Ask for their home phone # so you can call and anoy them ! They love that.

You just lay the phone down, come back about 10 min later and hang it up. That gives them plenty of time to say their schpeel , ask questions, ...come to a realization...possibly hang up and try again, only to get a busy signal...then on to the NEXT number!

When we remodeled, I put oversize waterlines to the shower to stop that. Pressure compensating anti-scald faucet also.

... your wrist watch stops working.
... you get a flat tire.
... the electricity goes out.
... you get stung by a bee or worse a wasp.
... you get home from the grocery store and discover you forgot to buy beer.
... your football team looses because they went into a prevent defense.
... you get distracted and the steaks burn.

smokey u mentioned the prevent defense & my mind took me back to the Packers Eagles game. We stop them from getting a 1st down & we win. 4th & 26. Sounds easy enough. Oh well.

...ur alarm clock goes off & u gotta get up & go to work

.....when someone is waiting for a parking spot & the person is just in the middle of putting the bags in their car
.....ur driving behind someone for a couple miles & they have they're turn signal on
.....when ur ready to leave a party but there's that one person who just continues to blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.............

......the people who are supposed to stock the concessions don't & u run out of popcorn several times. I enjoyed working the concessions today for the shareholders. Needed to be stocked better
