Sounds like somebodys mad that their SB team didn't get over the 13 win hump.

    NFL(since 1985)

Chicago Bears: 7 division titles and a SB win
Green Bay Packers: 6 division titles and a SB win
    Minneota Vikings: 4 division titles
    Detroit Lions: 2 division titles
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 1 division title

Looks like the Bears are on top of it with a young complete team on the rise with a top defense and good running game, while the Packers future looks very bleek while struggling to fill holes and assemble enough players to field both sides of the ball. At least Vasher got to catch one of Brett's last TD passes.

Yeah well if favre had receivers to throw to that would never happen. Walker would have torched your overrated defense. One good receiver is enough to torch the bears defense. You guys remember steve smith in the playoffs.

Yes, we remember the playoffs. How about you? Any fan that makes fun of another team for losing in the playoffs after their own team didn't even get a sniff of the playoffs is just plain wrong. (This is a general statement because I know many Bears fans the past 15 years that have made the same ignorant statements).

As for Walker, how many years in a row does he have to say that he is going to hold out or that he doesn't want to play in GB. GB is becoming the Siberia of Football. Pickett was a nice signing, but G Jackson played very well last year, and I don't believe that Pickett is an upgrade. I read on another forum that ESPN reported that of the 15 FAs that GB asked to come in for an interview, 13 took a pass on even coming in. GB signed the only 2 that did come in. If this is true, I would be a little worried.

I am sure that Favre will play much better this year because he will not be like every other aging NFL qb and will get better, not worse with age. I am sure that Walker will take back all the things he said, his knee will heal, and he will play a pro bowl type season. I am sure that the aging, fumble prone, A Green that was averaging 60yards/game last year before his injury will also return to his old self.
Don't worry about the Bears with their overrated defense, with 10 of 11 returning starters. Things are looking up for the Fox River Valley, at least if you ask them.
