Dimensions of the Super Bowl?

Does anyone know the exact dimensions of the Super Bowl? Specifically the base, since I know that the football portion of the statue is supposed to be the exact size of a regulation football.

Any links or info would be greatly appreciated as I haven't found any figures myself.
