Defensive Hog Index predicts deep playoff run

I don't know much about the Cold Hard Football Facts website, but they've come up with a defensive stat that has been pretty good predicting Super Bowl winners. Is the Packer defense this good, or have they fattened up on weak sisters?

I think fattened up on weak sisters is part of it. I think we did have the easiest schedule in the league or something like that. However, I think we have a good Defense overall.

I quickly scanned the article, but it appears they are picking Minnesota to win the Super Bowl, correct, because of the combination of having the #2 seed and the #3 DHI???

If I've speed-read it accurately enough, it appears that Green Bay's #1 DHI will be neutralized by its #5 seeding.

I had no idea Minnesota was that stout on defense - wow?!??
