DARREN SHARPER ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL

Sharper was admitted to the emergency room shortly after the game last Sunday. He complained of "choking". The ER doctor noticed he was still in his Viking uniform and told him "Don't worry, it will pass as soon as you retire, or are traded to a different team."
He was then admitted to the BURN ward, with third degree burns on his hands.
He woke up in the middle of the night, screaming "Don't worry! I got Driver covered!!!" Then he came back to reality, and curled up in the fetal position, sobbing uncontrollably. :rubeyes:

Vikesrule - if you really want to wish something terrible on the fudgie fans, hope that they become viking fans. That would really torment them... Better yet, Lion fans. They'd be jumping off the tallest building in Brown County. Granted, not a very far fall, but enough to maim.

Well, did I get into trouble for posting this item about Sharper. I posted it on another Packer forum--a different one from this, and I was told it was not nice to make fun of someone in the hospital. At first when I saw this thread, I thought there really was something wrong with Sharper. Then when I read it, I thought it was funny. However, I guess a lot of people don't have the same sense of humor as I do. I was also told that this was not a good thread to have posted. I guess some people need to lighten up a little. Anyway, I still do think it is funny, and I am going to share it with my sister-in-law this coming weekend. Thanks for the joke. P.S. I now know better than to post jokes in this other forum.

Yes Carol, I agree. Some people need to lighten up. They are usually going to find something to complain about. Being politically correct gets carried away to much these days.

Hey, all about da packers. It wasn't a viking forum. It was a Packer forum. In fact, it is called Packers Partners, and you have to belong to Packers Partners in order to post on their forum. I would never have posted it on a viking forum. However, I did tell my viking fan friend the joke--only because she and her husband always have jokes about the Packers to tell me.

Next time, just reply to one of your friend's Packer jokes by saying:

Brad Childress = Mr. Burns.
