They searched the guys house again yesterday. They searched the garage with Luminol, removed a chair, bed spread, parts of a railing etc. They reported that the Sherrif said they had broken down furniture and the railing into small pieces to be transported out of the house without a lot of attention (they meaning the guy that lived there and whoever else) and that there appeared to me a clean-up underway in the home when they arrived. When they they served the search warrant the owners were not home so they got to bash the door in, which is always excellent. Too bad the POS that may be responsible for this wasn't standing on the other side. I will update as I hear anything further.

Posted Yesterday about the second search:

He's a pile of crap, he isn't cooperating so far with the police at all, neither is his aunt that owns the house. He has some scumbag attorney that defends all the local garbage in town here, the attorney dropped him. If that's not a sign, I don't know what is. Loser... Hopefully someone will make him his b!tch nice and rough like when he goes to prison.
