Does anyone else think that Cobb catching ability only got better as the year went on. I remember him dropping a few the first couple weeks of the season, but I really thought he came on strong as the season went on. I know he didn't get the ball thrown his way that often, but when it was, it looked like he never bobbled it once.

Also, I know he has had issues with holding onto the football after the catch or after receiving a kick return, but in my opinion thats a seperate issue.

I would agree that his catching ability got better but as a rookie that should be expected. However, I don't think that his fumbling problems on returns are a separate issue. His job is to catch balls and if he gets too nervous or scared on returns then the same can happen on receptions. He had zero fumbles out of 25 receptions but 3 fumbles out of 60 returns. It would be interesting to know how many dropped passes Cobb had this season.
