After 2 plus years on Packerforum, Cheesey has decided to call it quits. Here are some comments from his news conference.
"I just don't feel I can be Cheesey up to the same level I was for the last 2 years.......*sniff*......... sure,I can still be Cheesey, but not up to the standards I put upon myself. I know there are those that ask, did Ryan and Packerforum do enough to keep Cheesey for one more year? And I will have to answer a heart felt NO!!! I asked for lots more, and they told me I wasn't worth it! At one point, i even asked to be traded to a Vikings site. But after thinking about it, i realized how low i would have to go to actually do that, and reversed my trade demand. So i will retire as a Packerforum member, and will remain a Packerforum for life.......or 50,000 posts.......which ever comes first.

Nah... there are too many issues off the forum to add Vikesrule.. like the case of lost identity he seems to have on the PPO..

I secretly called Ryan, asking him to persue Vikesrule. He said he would think about it, but never seemed to really be considering it.

DENY that you knew anything!!! Typical move of a GM of a major forum site!!! I was called by the Detroit Lions forum, and was told that you secretly were trying to work out a trade with them!!! But they pulled out at the last moment, when they realized you were asking for ALL their posters to become Packerforum members! And seeing as we already have Big3 here, they would also lose the only other two posters they have there!

Oh......i just talked to Mrs. Cheesey, and showed her the "Cheesehead retirement community" photo. She says she REALLY likes the orange one!!!
(She wants to know if the porch under it is included........and if we would have to be automatically expected to be on "Jerry Springer".......she HATES that show and that would be a deal breaker!) :lol:

I think I speak for every poster of the Packerforum when I say that this particular poster's productivity sky-rocketed this season. He could be the key for many key poster acquisitions in the free agency. But the fact he wants to retire should change after we slap the franchise tag on him. I think that would be enough, or if it isn't we can always trade him to the Cleveland Brown forum.

Can you imagine the itch that the Cheese man would have if he tried to retire from the site... there aren't enough tractors in the world to contain the itch to post here..
