    Hello Packer fans! I like others are now an Owner of the best football team on the planet. I ordered/won a cheesehead top hat off of eBay and want to adorn it with my new title. OWNER like the guy we all see on tv. My question is are those plastic or painted on letters? I have already got paint for my wife to put the logo on the top of it! Any help would be great!

    I've gotten great advice for my projects from places that sell fine art supplies.
