Seeing as how we haven't given up a 100 yard rusher yet and seeing as how the Vikes held him to 70 yards until the game was largely decided, I'm not too worried at all. What I am worried about is our lack of a pass rush making Brian Griese look like Dan Friggin Marino.

Before the Buc's are going any place they need to get a head coach who is not a sneaky little go-getter who has an ego bigger than Bill and Hillary Clinton, and a sneaky agenda to match.

Gruden took someone else's team to a Superbowl and got lucky by meeting the Raiders in the Super Bowl. The Bucs knew every play the Raiders were going to run. We had a dick head coach who did not change the Raider Offense game plan for the Super Bowl game. He is now a loser in Nebraska and that is where Gruden belongs as well.

Heretofore... YOU have a non-loyal, ego maniac, media seeking, coach running your team.

As soon as Gruden finds another team that has everything in place that he can jump in and grab the glory for he will be out of Tampa faster than you can say "Sneaky Little Gruden."

Before you respond... Count the Super Bowls... Raiders have THREE.
