    Greinke fetches a fine haul in trade to Brewers - MLB - Yahoo! Sports

    Lorenzo Cain, Alcides Escobar, and prospects on their way to KC in return for one of the most sought after and best pitchers in the MLB.

    The Brewers are going for it. We're all in this year. Fielder stayed, Braun's still here, and this offseason we've gotten Greinke and Shaun Marcum, one ace and one frontline starter, to pair with Yovani Gallardo.

    I'm officially excited. Not even tonight's New England game can bring me down.

    It's still gonna be tough for the Brew Crew though. Think about the NL Central,The Cards are still the best team in that division. The Natti is also now a good team. I think this moves helps the Brewers to be in first place for a little bit but nothing that puts them in contention. The main thing is trying to keep Prince Fielder in a Brewers Jersey, if that doesn't happen you guys are screwed.
