I knew it was going to be a horrible game when Larry Nemmers was announced as the ref.

is he historically bad?

I cant provide any statistical information but just by opinion and from watching other games that he's been the head ref in I just really think he and his crew has NEVER done a good job. They seem to always favor one team. I remember seeing a game last year where they favored the Eagles A LOT! It was just sickening.
