    that's a whole lot better.

Even when you went 13-3 in 2001, we still swept you guys.

As much as I hate the Bears, they still lead the all time series by a pretty healthy margin (that really sticks in my throat).

Im 37, so I only remember back about 25-30 years of watching football. I don't really care what happened before that. And to tell you the truth, the only year that I really care about is the one that is coming up. Unless of course you won the SB the previous year.

I'm 28 so I only remember the 80s (including that glorious Sunday in 1989) and the 90s. We each dominated for a decade.

Must be spring break for high school students that are bear fans. Nothing else for them to do; so they come on here and talk nonsense.

Todd, you know they can't read in Wisconsin. What's up man?
I'm just here because GoPackGo or(GoBucsGo) as I like to refer to him/her as, called us all out on the Bears board to come over here and talk football. I was the Oldschoolfan76, who got booted from that Bears board for defending our Bears against the trolls. I usually don't talk to much smack because I'm more of a realist than a hater and I hate the trolls that have nothing to offer a real rival discussion. Right now "reality" is the Chicago Bears are a better team than the Green Bay Packers once again and the Packers fans finally got to smell defeat in 05 and it's killing them because they either, A: had blocked out the 70-91 era or B: jumped on the wagon during the Favre era and haven't had to deal with a losing season yet. The Packers put up a helluva run these last 13-14 years but I think it's time to finally pass the torch. Like it or not Packers fans, the Chicago Bears will be the next dominant franchise of the NFC North once again. Bear down!

The bears are a joke. They had another lucky year. You wont be here next year at this time because your team will be in the cellar once again.

Listen, I don't know you from Adam, but I can almost guarantee that you said this after the 2001 season (you'll recall that precipitated a run of three straight NFC North titles for a certain team that resides in the Fox River Valley).

0 for either team but if you want to talk Super Bowls - Green Bay 3 Bears 1. How about world titles? Green bay 12 Bears 9. Have any other snappy retorts pal?

    Jim Mcmahon- 2 world championships
    Brett favre- 1 world championship

In short , Jim Mcmahon>Brett Favre. Championships are all that matters right? So according to the majority of Packers fans what I've stated is a fact.

Now THAT shows just how STUPID a Bears fan will get to TRY to "prove" his point. Did JIM do ANYTHING to earn that last Super Bowl ring? No......Brett Favre earned it FOR him. McMahon rode the BENCH all the way. Had he actually had to LEAD the team during his time here, the Packers would have LOST the Super Bowl.....or maybe never even got TO it.
The ONLY part of the above quote that is true is......."BEAR DOWN!!!" Which is what is shouted after one is killed while hunting. And the BEARS will be DOWN this coming year for sure!

I was proving a Packer fan's point that championships are all that matters. Truth hurts, thanks for playing.

The best part of McMahon getting the second SB is the picture of him at the White House with the rest of the Packers wearing his Bears jersey.

AH!! I see Packersacker! THATS how you get through each year as a BEARS fan without pulling all your hair out! CHAMPIONSHIPS DON'T MATTER TO BEARS FANS!!! NOW it makes sense!!! Thanks for clearing that up for us!!! (In a battle of wits, you my friend, are UNARMED!!!)
    Oh.....and............THANKS FOR PLAYING!!!LOLOLOL!!!

As far as "ED" McMahon wearing his BEARS jersey to the White House........I'm kind of glad he did.......after all, he didn't EARN the PRIVILIGE of wearing a PACKER shirt there.
He just proved that a BEARS player has NO class too!

How about the rapists and cheap shot artist of the Packers 80's teams? How much class did they have? I think that the rest of the NFL would think that jersey stunt was pretty funny stuff and a good jab at the Pack.

Lions and Vikings fans- Was McMahon Classless or Freaking Hilarious?

Oh.....the guy was funny. If he didn't have "Sweetness" and that awesome D, he would have never had the SB ring in 1985. What happened to that great D after that year? I'm serious.....not talking smack......why were they only great for one year?

Now.....back to the "smack".......LOLOL!!! Yes, the players in the 80's did some bonehead things. But they didn't STAY in Green Bay after they did that stuff, did they? Nope. They were kicked out. So whats your point? That the Packers don't keep criminals on their team? Good point! You can't control the actions of players off the field. But you CAN fire them when they do that stuff, which the Packers did.

Didn't they just resign a "alleged" wife beater? (Not that every team doesn't have some type of criminal)
