Andy Griffith was a good actor. He passed away today(7/3/12)in his home in N.C. He was 86. The Andy Griffith Show & Matlock were 2 good shows. We'll miss you Andy

Great Americans like Andy Griffith are National Treasures. He will remain with us through his works. One of my favorites has always been the movie "No Time for Sargents". As much a classic as any Marx Brothers or Charlie Chaplin film. Andy made more than a few made for TV movies also. His style and class will be sorely missed . I tend to believe that he is in heaven pulling a prank on Barney (Don Knotts). Ottis and Floyd are laughing and making their own side jokes as Aunt Bee enters with Andy's lunch basket.

You will be fondly remembered Mr. Griffith .
