    Martz is very tough. Just ask Kurt Warner but look at the way Warner turned out in St Louis, lead them to the Super Bowl and became a star over it.

    Another bad move by the Bears in bringing in Martz. The title says it all "alex smith advises Jay Cutler..." yeah thats who you want giving advise to your QB

    That's hilarious considering Alex Smith was a failure under Martz, and still is a bust, so he should not have any say so.
