    There has been alot of discussion about this on the lions message board. The administrator (lionsfans) says the announcement could come as early as Monday.

    Saunders is the offensive coordinater for the chiefs. Anyone have any thoughts?

    As long as Millen is running the ship, I couldn't care if he hired Bellichek.

    But on a serious note..... give credit to Saunders for making due with nothing at WR. Perhaps this is a reason he gets the job, to try and make something out of a supposedly talented WR crops?

    Makes sense to me. He has been a wide reciever coach for a long time off and on. God knows we need a coach who can get the 3 divas to start producing.

    I heard the problem with the Lions receivers was that they had no Vets to mentor them to the professional game...

    well, they had kevin johnson until he got injured. Yea, they pretty much have no one showing them the ropes. Not having a qb who can even get the ball to them doesn't help either.
