You don't KNOW that. It's not like the Bears were some big powerhouse last year. They squeeked by, and got killed in the playoffs. One and done.
    (Does the truth hurt?)

Bears went 5 - 11 then won the NFC North Division for the first time with 11 - 5 record; there is no reason the Packers can't go from 4 12 to 10 - 6 and win the NFC North Division for the fourth time.(unless a team gets more than 10 wins which I highly doubt)

That is just about the first real reason that I have heard of why the Packers could be good next year. Very nice. I did not think of it that way. I think that QB is a real question mark, but if Kyle Orton can get 10 wins, then who knows.

True. I think the Packers would be okay under Rodgers. As I've said before I think he's a player who won't LOSE games but won't WIN games either. You can most likely depend on him to be consistent.

I jus don't see Rodgers really winning games like Favre did. But I think Rodgers is good enough to not cost us games either.

Your defense had better improve with that philosophy...I know that they were ranked something like #7 last year but:
    1. Teams were ahead most of the game and not forced to pass the ball.
    2. When teams scored, it was usually from a short field after a Favre INT.
    3. They played very weak competition at QB. (Charlie Batch(Pitt), Kyle Orton, Rex Grossman, Harrington X2, Johnson X2, Mike McMahon (Eagles), Seneca Wallace (Seattle), etc)

BTW: The Bears did not play great competition at QB either, leading to their inflated Def ranking. The difference was that they were able to get more turnovers.
