Vikings coach Brad Childress hasn't decided whether to fine running back Adrian Peterson for missing mandatory minicamp practices, but the state of Minnesota has decided to fine him $378 for speeding.Peterson will pay a $300 fine and $78 in surcharges...

Wow, that is total BS. Not only should his license be revoked but he should also be charged with reckless driving, that is what would happen if any regular Joe was clocked at 109 in a 55. I bet the plea involved some box seats or season tickets or something.

(shrugs shoulders) If you can afford a good lawyer or can talk your way out of things then stuff like this comes your way. I had a DA drop a ticket for 22 over just bc I caught her in a good mood
