Anna Schmidt, a 13-year-old from Wisconsin who received a heart transplant earlier this year, attended a Packers practice in August for her wish through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She received all-pro treatment from the Packers – Anna got her own locker and jersey, hit the field with the team and Head Coach Mike McCarthy, posed for a “Lambeau Leap” and enjoyed lunch with her favorite players, CB Al Harris and QB Aaron Rodgers.

Emmy Award-winning reporter Chris Connelly, who hosts the annual SportsCenter “My Wish” series, interviewed Anna and her family about her spirited recovery from a life-threatening heart condition and her adoration of the Packers.

That was a really nice video. It was great to see how excited she was to see them.
