They release Orton? When Tebow fails as eventually he must, what's their backup plan?

Wouldn't it be funny if Orton went back to the Bears? Who traded like all their draft picks away to get rid of him and get Cutler.

Though I can still somehow picture this:

    Yup.
    I'm thinking the same thing.
Especially if Orton does better with another team and better than Tbag.
Could it be another Brett Favre in the making?

There's a reason when the year started that Quinn was ranked 3rd string.

Namely,he sucked worse than Orton AND Tebow. And since Tebow sucks in the first place.............

I remember some posts on PFT about Quinn beating out Tebow by a wide margin for the #2 job in camp, yet they felt they had to go to Tebow bc of the fans, marketing, and draft slot when Orton struggled.

This is kinda funny, cause I play Starcraft II with a fellow from Colorado and he is a huge Denver fan. We chat via our headsets and talk football during breaks of team games, and before that New England loss, he was very critical on Tebow. I was actually shocked to hear a real Denver fan NOT constantly defending him, but this guy, would have rather had Orton than Tebow over the accuracy. I talk to him tonight, after the Buffalo and New England losses and ohhhhh man, talk about someone that really hates their quarterback lol kinda feel bad for him cause he's rooting for K.C. this weekend just so he can rub it in all of the Denver fan's faces when they argue him that Tebow is better than Orton. I tell him It must really really really suck to be a fan that can see the ugly truth and have to constantly deal with the Tebow band wagon. I don't think I could handle it.

I felt the Broncos lose in Buffalo. It was just tough to explain but I could almost feel it coming. Sadly though I thought SD would take advantage and win in Detroit. Guess not. SD does not deserve it then...they screw up too many chances time and time again.

If the Broncos really are going to live up to my 1995 Colts comparison this season they have to win Sunday to get to 9-7 to match that same record. Then we will take it from there and see how much regular season luck carries over to the postseason.....

Denver is lucky this game is a home game Sunday. The crowd should help and I don't think KC travels as well as they play at home.

Even if Denver loses though an Oakland loss still gives them the division. I am not sure I trust Oakland though either. Last year SD blew it in week 16 in Cincy then ended up in Denver blowing them out in the finale. Tough to call, Oakland has won the last 3 games vs. SD but this team might just not be good enough and SD tends to show up when least expected. If they can get McFadden back it would help but he might be slowed down to what rumor was a lisfranc injury.

I feel the Denver/KC game will come down to the Denver D though.
