Re: Brett on McNair Situation :

Why would we hate Brett Favre? He played hard for a long time, and provided many happy memories.

you do know "hate" and "criticzing" aren't the same thing, right?

I know some of you blind saps think Favre can do no wrong, but its true, he IS human.

(and before you say something about my 'tt-loving' i dont love him, i support him, and i criticize HIM as well. Klemm for example. )

I've been..consistent with my criticism. Sorry. Does that offend you? Should I be kissing Bretts butt like some of you would pay to do?

Re: Brett on McNair Situation :

Yeah, Pack66, leave it to the few Brett Bashers to make this into another "Brett Drama"

Players comment on other players all the time. I have seen at least 10 other players on NFL Network weigh in on this issue. McNair is getting shafted and it's disgraceful. This is the way a few members on this board would want Brett treated as well.

It's truly repulsive that these guys lay it on the line year in and year out and this is what they get for it.

On a side note: I am glad Tro has chosen a signature that has to do with me. I should go back and get his post stating Jon Kitna and Matt Schaub are great QB'S and use it as my signature. At least I know he's thinking about me. I mean, you would have to be fascinated with someone to do that.

Re: Brett on McNair Situation :

He did play for a long time. is he playing now? no. He did provide good memories for a long time. is he providing them now? no.

I hope he comes back and provides more playing time, and more good memories. Tool.

    good job, freud! LOL!

you WANT GB to fail and crumble when Favre leaves. You are not a Packer fan.

Re: Brett on McNair Situation :

There are way too many people on this forum that only see things in extremes one way or the other. If you think somebody did something wrong then here you automatically hate that person or if you think somebody isn't doing a bad job then you automatically love that person. This is not how things work, you don't have to unconditionally love or hate anything, it is stupid to unconditionally love or hate anything. I think TT is doing a decent job but I'm not going to defend or necessarily agree with everything he does and I am a huge Favre fan but I don't like the way he has handled some things this offseason. It doesn't mean I hate Favre. Pack66 seems to see things only one way. He hated Sherman and hates TT no matter what they do, and thinks that Brett Favre is infallible.

See that is a negative thing, not positive. That is dissing TT in a way disguised as being positive. Happy thoughts, come on you can do it.

Re: Brett on McNair Situation :

TT has to be in the city when the players come to visit and open up his wallet if he wants to sign them. Sorry, with 66 on the TT issue until I see different !!!

Re: Brett on McNair Situation :

Yeah how dare TT have the players spend time with coach McCarthy, the head coach, the man who they will spend a lot of their time with, and have to listen to. They shouldn't have been spending time with McCarthy discussing their field philosophys, they should have been sitting in an office with TT!

Re: Brett on McNair Situation :

I think he is struggling with the answer Pack66.

Tro also seems to Agree with SuperRat, which is funny, because Tro does just what SupeRat says. He sees everything that TT does as great.

TT in every way should have been present with AV. It's basic buisness.

I am not critical of what TT has done this off-season. I am actually excited about the direction he is going with up and coming youngsters as opposed to over-priced, brokedown veterans, BUT......... There is no doubt that TT looked like a complete idiot by not being there when AV came in. Did it make a difference with AV? No, he wanted to kick in a dome.

Hey Tro, I thought we were told to stop with the 4th grade name-calling. How come Pack66 is a "TOOL" just because he disagrees? Hey Pack66, does Tro send you PM's calling you names like he does me?

Re: Brett on McNair Situation :

AV was probably told TT wouldn't be there. If he wasn't, thats not very good business. (see, thats me criticizing TT)

But you guys know everything that goes on behind those closed doors, so why even discuss it, when you guys already know everything?

ps, I called P@ck66 a tool because he IS a tool.

Re: Brett on McNair Situation :

I think Favre is much more in the right to defend McNair than he was to stick his nose into Walkers business. I would hate for someone that I work with to talk about my personal situation at work or the money that I make.

That's funny, talking out of both sides of your mouth again. Let's suggest AV knew and then bash everyone else for suggesting stuff. That's classic!
