Has been a very eventful offseason so far, but let's go Yanks! Sorry if there was another thread, I took a quick look and couldn't find one.

Ahhhh...now this is my kind of thread!

Pettitte didn't admit to using steroids, it was HGH. I know they're both bad, but I believe his story.

I was hoping we'd keep Clippard. That kid was a blast to watch.

Hopefully we'll re-sign Mientkiewicz. We ARE the Yankees, so we need as many firstbasemen/designated hitters as possible.

Roger Clemens better just stay away. I wasn't too happy when he came back last year. A waste of $18 mil if you ask me.

I'd like to pick up Johan Santana, but not if we have to give up Kennedy AND Hughes. I'd rather part with Kennedy than Hughes. Melky was in that deal as well, I believe.

Anyways, hopefully this season will start a little better than last season.

    Go Yankees!

I would really like Dougie back as well, but I do not want Hughes to be traded no matter what we get back. However, if it happens we would still get an incredible player in Johan.

Last year was an amazing ride and if the Packers end up making it to the Super Bowl and not winning, this would probably be the best sporting year of my life that didn't involve either team winning a championship 8)

I think it'll be a little more competitive early in the season. The Yankees really started off slow, and that definitely hurt us in the long run. It'll be a great season. I can't believe spring training is just around the corner. I'll be getting DirecTv soon and I'll be getting the YES Network, so I'll be able to see almost every Yankee game! Can't wait!

    Very lucky

I usually buy MLB audio and listen to the game from there; I only missed 8 games all of last year (including spring training)

I wonder if the Yankees will add any more steroid users to their team.
