It's still a few weeks until the draft and Brett apparently isn't ready to make a decision about his future. So let's enjoy the beginning of baseball season-like he said for us to do.

I'm assuming most of the members of this site are Brewers, Twins, White Sox, or Cubs fans. I happen to be a Twins fan.

I guess we can start the baseball discussion with predictions. Here's mine:

    AL East-NY Yankees
    Central- Cleveland
    West-Oakland
    WC-Minnesota

    NL East- Atlanta
    Central- St Louis
    West- LA Dodgers
    WC- Philly

    World Series winner- Oakland

Brewers are awsome. 1.75 ERA, and everyone has stepped up this season. I hope we keep it up tonight against the diamondbacks. I say world series in 2 years.

I think the Brewers will do OK.......they might get a wild card. I think they are about to have their first loss of the season. The real test is how a team reacts after a loss, do they come back strong or not.

I like Boston in the AL East, and I like either Minnesota or Toronto (if they can ever figure out how to beat Tampa) for the AL wildcard. Like the other picks though.

TOP...Minny's pitching is in the toilet and their 2-6 hitters are batting a cumulative .207. I know it is early, but this team has always been an experiment in chemistry, as the owner will never flesh out the roster, and chemistry is glaringly lacking so far this year.

Watch for the Brewers to spoils a few dreams this year! Lots of young talent and key veterans...plus their pitching staff may be one of the top 5-7 in the league.
