    Yes we lost, however....

Good season guys. I post here once in a blue moon, but I read the threads daily. I'm a Patriots fan and every bit of me wanted to see a Pack Pats SB. Take it from a fan base that knows, it really sucks when your team does so well all year only to go out like this. 18-1...ugh. That said, your...

    Skip Bayless on Rodgers

Tebow baby! LOL, I can't not love the guy...he is too great a story.

    Is Suh a Dirty Player??

He may be dirty, but I live in Portland (where SUH is from) and the guy does a ton of work to make this place better. Charities, fund raisers...he is a stand up guy. He just happens to be a monster on the football field, and I'd take him on my team any day.

Official Aaron Rodgers Fed Ex Air Player of the Week

I'm not saying don't...I'm saying Brees had the better week. And to be fair...the Vikings haven't been lighting it up this season. No matter who Brees carved up, that was darn impressive. Not saying that beating the Colts it more impressive, but the individual stats are certainly impressive.

Official Aaron Rodgers Fed Ex Air Player of the Week

hmm...this week is Drew Brees's week. Voting for Aaron would be homer-ism from Packers fans.

    LIONS

If he doesn't play they will be far less scary, however he is hurt because of everything I said above. They live and die on the deep ball just as I said teams that have to have the deep ball to win, ultimately get their QB beat to pieces.

    Packers/ravens Super Bowl?

Giving credit to an Oline is one thing...saying "any QB could do that if he was given that much time" is nothing but nonsense. Great QB's have quick releases and thus protect their Oline as much as the Oline protects them. They also torch blitzes and cause D's to rush less and drop more into...

    Packers/ravens Super Bowl?

That's such a horrible argument. It works both ways. Brady has lots of time frequently because D's fear him so much that they drop into dime packages against the Pats. So often there is a 3 man rush against the Pats, because if you blitz your playing a dangerous game...he torches blitzes very...

Will History Repeat Itself In Indy?

Ideally the Colts should want to take Luck, and keep Manning. Let me say this, with no disrespect to Packers legend Brett Favre...Favre handled the Rodgers thing poorly. If you have a talent like Rodgers sitting behind you, you can't afford to play the retirement game season after season...

    LIONS

Yea, that is contained. They prevented him from going deep and grabbing TD's. The lions are a one trick pony. It's basically Randy Moss from 07 all over, except Stafford is no Brady, and there is no Wes Welker to take pressure off the deep ball. Again I'm not saying Johnson is the sole reason...

    LIONS

I watch the Lions games. Stafford throws it to Johnson in triple coverage. I'm not saying Johnson is the entire reason for the turn around, but you can't discount his contributions. He is one of the top reasons they are where they are now. YOu completely glossed over the stats. Steve Smith? Yea...

    LIONS

In 2008 the year you are refrencing, the Lions went 0-16. That year Johnson finished...Finished with 12 tds. This season Johnson thru 6 games has 9 tds. 9! so with 10 games left he is only 3 tds off that 12 td mark of his "best season ever" according to you. Your wrong here, Johnson isn't just...

    LIONS

True, but you were speaking about the Lions turnaround this season. Thru the first 6 games Johnson has played the best football of his career, hence the Lions have been able to pull out some victories where in past years they could not. Obviously he has to keep it up all year, but at this point...

To be fair, this is Calvin Johnson's best year.

    Official Game Day Thread: Packers @ Vikings - 10/23: WIN 33 - 27

I'm very interested in seeing the Packers D against Peterson...also I have no inkling of doubt that the Pack win this by at least 14. I'm more curious to see if they can contain Peterson, knowing he is their Offense. This is for future games, with teams that have strong running games.
