I don't know about that... What did we GET AWAY with that they didn't?
I know one thing Manning should be voted the mvp for the game! He threw for two TDs. One to Nick Collins for a 62 yard TD and the next to a WIDE open Aaron Rouse for a whopping 99 yards...
Way to go Peyton
Nope,
I still think 16-0. And Superbowl!
Who cares what the pudits think... Brett or no Brett, Packers are a solid team and they don't play anyone who they can not beat.
Yes!
I think you nailed it on the head. BECAUSE Bears went to the superbowl with Grossman, the Viking fans believe that Tarvaris Jackson can lead the Vikings. Lets blame Grossman.
I don't know why the Vikings fans are so caught up in tooting the Jackson horn. IF the Vikings have someone...
Jordy Nelson wasn't brought in to be a trade bait or a special teamer... I believe, the Packers made him their first pick fully intending on making him the next Javon Walker or Greg Jennings. JJ is NOT the next DD. I think GJ will be that and Nelson will play at level with JJ for the 3rd WR...
Instead cheesey, why not start a "when will Manning retire" thread in a Colts forum and coun the number of years before the media does and then count the number of people *****in' about "Letting him be..." then the number of people who "start" the speculation in a couple of years, etc.
know...
The question here is how well will Rodge throw on the run? Favre was magic on the run early in his career. So was Majik. Rodgers reminds me a bit of Majkowski. I think Rodgers plays like him, with this team, we should be looking at a very successful season for Rodge.
I didn't even watch the superbowl last couple of years...
My favorite teams, 1996 Packers, 1966 Packers, 1944 Packers, 1989 Packers and the 1939 Packers because they wore cool uniforms way back when.
The minnesota vikings cheerleading team was pretty good too... I can't remember the year...
Ditto!
Weren't there more gifted passers than Starr? Yet he won more than all of them...
Manning, Favre, Brees, all have more physical talent than Brady but Brady has that ability to lead and not make mistakes...
Rodgers led team may resemble more of the Majkowski led Packer team of the early '90s but a lot better.
It will be exciting. It SHOULD be a pass first, with the receivers we have, short patterrns that set up the running game.
Can you imagine what Majkowski would have done with somebody...
