i like the idea but the one thing that scares me is the bears did this in 2003 when i believe they traded the 4th overall pick to the jets for the 14th and 22nd. they drafted michael haynes and rex grossman. haynes sucks and grossman has been hurt every year. the only thing is i believe this...
so if we sign manuel for 2 mil a year plus ahman for 2-3 that leaves us with around 14-15 mil left. you have to figure in money for signing our players from the draft. do we really have a lot of money left to sign a big time free agent, someone that can make a huge impact. i dont know things...
yea 3 to 5 million seems a little too much. maybe they like what the see in green's recovery. i think he will also help the progression of gado. Now we will be able to address other issues in the draft.
the green bay packers just signed ahman green to a one year contract. gotta love it because its a one year deal and i think green has something to prove

another point is that the LB's are very deep in this draft. We could possibly get bobby carpenter, thomas howard, or a kai parham in the 2nd round. also i wouldnt mind throwing a pick at marcus vick. I thought the same thing about adrian mcpherson last year but the only difference is that...
after i saw the results from the nfl combine the packers better select mario williams. They said that they had to date back to reggie white to compare the numbers williams posted. All of his numbers williams put up were better than peppers. I would love to have aj hawk but i think the packers...
"The Packers have multiple needs on both sides of the ball and, we're told, already have invested a large amount of time in studying the players expected to be available in the middle and late first round in the event that wheeler-dealer GM Ted Thompson can pull a trade to move down on draft...
thanks for the preview..... i really like chad jackson out of florida, he looked pretty good from some of the highlights, but he is a florida wr. since i am from madison i also wouldnt mind taken orr or williams. orr is a big/ fast wr that has talent that is still to be tapped. after reading...

max magee please bring him back in some shape or form..... i am watchin espn and they are talking about him............. MM wants packer people and he is the true definition of packer player
i would take fisher any day.... he is a proven back in this league and knows how to block. When he was out and we went shotgun favre got drilled because noah and other backs werent smart enough to step in and make the blocks....FISHER ALL DAY
i would be dissapointed if we bring back noah herron. i think that he was decent but i would rather bring back davenport and green. But i would like to bring in a young prospect with speed in the draft. Gado looked great, green would be a nice player to bring back for competition and who knows...
how can you say we dont need a third down back???????? Fisher has been the man for the past couple of years but wouldnt it be nice to bring in a little extra speed who has the potential to take it the distance. I just dont get it????????
