I agree, it's kinda sad to see your living legend, the man who was the identity of Green Bay Packers football, one of the best QB's ever BAR NONE... still tearing up defenses. Makes you think... man, why did we get rid of him again after we went 13-3 and made it to the NFC championship?

If I had to start the 92 Packers over again with either Favre or Rodgers... no doubt, Favre FTW.

Let's hope Aaron Rodgers doesn't end up like Marc Bulger. Sure he put up good numbers at the start of his career, but he was never a true field general and game changer. Just a paper QB brought up to not make mistakes.

This is right on the money. Rodgers is scared to take the neccessary risks to win games. Even in Brett's earlier years, he was a gun slinger and won many games he had no business winning.

Okay. I'm all up for optimism, but its a little too early to be calling the pack a playoff team. Look at who they've beat so far... the bears, rams, lions and browns. Against a team with any decent pass rush, GB will struggle... bengals and vikings. So to call the pack a playoff team is a...

Favre was more Packer than TT or MM will ever be.

Vikings are a better team at this point in time.

The Pack needed more than Favre to beat NYG that day. They needed the whole team to step up. Yeah, Favre threw the INT in OT, but he wasn't the one who gave up the TD to Plaxico. Why blame one man for his mistake when it was obvoius the whole team made mistakes that day?

Favre's won Superbowls and MVP's. Unless Rodgers can do the same, there is no comparison. They rolled the dice on Rodgers, but there's no doubt, Favre is still an elite QB and will always be one of the best to ever play this game we know as professional football.

You guys cannot conceive the fact that Green Bay got man-handled last night huh? Well, whatever floats your boat. They'll meet again in November at Lambeau. Hopefully they can protect Rodgers this time so we can see the true Favre vs Rodgers show.

Did you not hear the ref say that there were two fouls against the defense on that Woodson so-called pick? Offsides on the defense was declined. Pass interference was accepted. So either way, it was going to be Viking ball still. And if the game was as close as you say, I don't see why GB...
