Rip on TT and MM in here

It really makes sense that MM and Glazer would want to ruin Favre's reputation. They would like to get Favre so pissed off that he comes undone on the field and off, so people will be saying, "see??? MM and TT were right in pushing Favre out the door!" Their hiring Ari Fleisher proved to me they...

Rip on TT and MM in here

I can relate. My Mets couldn't even pull out a win on the LAST day at Shea Stadium. Thus, they didn't make the playoffs. Quite disappointing.

If Rodgers is out, how many agree TT made a brilliant move .

Couldn't agree with you more, Rob. The Giants played a really great game that day. They became a superbowl team and got hot at the right time (during playoffs). Last year, I had many arguments with people, who wanted to blame Favre.

Best and Worst experiences meeting a Packer in public

Favre must have been pretty drunk to "share" whatever he was drinking with your sister and her friends. Did your sister tell him, "excuse me, but I already had my shower today".

Best and Worst experiences meeting a Packer in public

Patrick Roy did that, when he first arrived in Denver to play for the Avalance.

    Trade James Jones

I think it's frickin amazing that you two agree on something. :D I agree with both of you. We don't need to trade Jones (or Driver for that matter). The Pack had enough personnel changes for one year, thank you!

    Is Favre having fun

Did you see that look of horror he had on his face when the Chargers made that last touchdown? I'd never seen him with that look before. My friend, who's a Jets fan and I discussed this the next day. He told me their coach likes to play it safe and Pennington was a safe player. Favre does not...

    Benefits of a GB loss?

Yup that game drove me insane too. Their defense seemed to be air tight. I don't think GB played bad, I just think the Cowboys put their best showing. Some of those guys (especially Barber, Witten TO and Jones) seemed unstoppable at times.

Favre get's snippy about the Packers again

Right on, Angry Guy! Couldn't have said it better myself. I remember the Packers of eighties. All I remember is GBP becoming a highly competive team shortly after Favre got there. I'll always think of Favre in a positive light. Retirement blunder or not.

Favre get's snippy about the Packers again

Favre did have 16 good years. A lot better than a lot of NFL players. But we should all move on because it's all over and done with.

A little cheer on a glum evening.

Usually we have trouble beating Dallas in Dallas

    Defense

Yup we do need to put more pressure on Romo. A couple of times he just threw the ball, anywhere just to get rid of it. And yes, a couple of times, Rodgers did hang onto the ball too long. There was one throw where he did dodge two Cowboys and made a great throw.

    Benefits of a GB loss?

I watched to the bitter end. I don't know WHAT happened. They just didn't look like OUR Packers. The Cowboys got some strange breaks too. Did you see where the someone fumbled the ball, another Cowboy caught it. Then the ball is up in the air again and a third Cowboy caught it? I was like "oh...

Still not sold on our dime or nickle packages!!!!!!

Yes my heart was in my throat when they passed us (temporarily). We can't let them back into the game!

Picture of the week: Hawk catching his prey.

Great photo Iron Man! That shot will go down as one of Packer's classics!
