    After reading that and knowing that Jolly will probably get a decent attorney, I doubt he'll get an intent to distribute. That said, he'll probably still see some kind of jail time plus probation/community service.

    Plus there's a rule for having too much money available under the cap and the Packer's are pretty close. If they let Favre go they might even have to sign a couple players to reach the minimum cap expenditures.

    Thanks for the info, I'm always happy to learn new things. I wouldn't compare anything to Cannabis though because it's in such a gray area now legally. Most other drugs have felony possessions.

    You are correct, no draftees have been signed yet. Howver, like longtime said TT is known for signing the picks in the few weeks before training camp so it's no surprise.

    Yet... I mean, they're pretty much guaranteed spots right now because there's no on one else on the active roster. No one says they can't keep 4 QB's or move one to the practice squad.

    They haven't signed any of their draft picks yet but they will before camp so they're reserving the room for Brohm and Flynn. Without NFL Europe they lost 5-6 spots on the roster also.

    What drug was he caught with and what does it do? It seems to me like it's a prescription drug which you'd think would be better, but who knows. Sucks because this guy would bat one ball down at the line a game.

    You'd be surprised what can happen via the internet as long as you represent yourself well. I doubt anything would happen between you and PFT but it is a very cool prospect. I find it awesome what he's accomplished himself being a lawyer yet running one of the best football rumor mills on the net.
