Favre will be missed, I honestly think that he can make those quick decisions necessary to allow you to keep the edge when your O-line breaks down. Rogers was having trouble with that a few nights ago. Rogers can get it together, but he is no Favre.
hey, i got an idea. Lets trade the guy who can go 5/6 with 48 yards (8 yard ave.) and a TD and who looks crisp, cool calm and collected and replace him with the guy who can go 9/16 (which doesnt sound bad) for 58 yards (3.6 yard ave(ouch!)) for no TD, nearly threw two picks, and is indecisive...
interesting what the man has said. while management has a responsibility to itself to keep its job, what incentive does the organization have if the mindless zombies just buy more and more jerseys.
I think however, like Rome said, that any player who lets a six year old get in his head needs to compartmentalize and build some mental toughness. Rogers saying anything on the matter makes me worry he has a weak mentality and is just waiting to break down when things go poorly with his play...
